Counselling
Integrative Approach
As a counselling psychotherapist working with adults, my background is in integrative and collaborative therapy models. I work with you to find an approach that meets your needs.

Our first session will be about figuring out how we could work together, based on your preferences and what you are hoping will change with counselling. Examples of the different options include working in ways that are quite structured, setting goals, and using specific tools or exercises, or working in a more organic way, seeing what comes up each week, and looking for patterns and understanding. Other choices might be keeping focused or what going on for you right now, or putting more focus on making sense of your past.

Inclusive, Affirming, Non-judgemental
Central to all my practice is trying to create space where my clients feel welcome, and able to share whatever parts of themself and life experiences they want or need.

I offer an affirming space to people of all sexualities, and gender identities and those looking to explore what that is for them. I also welcome those in diverse relationship models and sex workers.

I'm happy to work with experiences of racism, migration, anti-fat bias and ablism. I am actively working to understand how systems of marginalization and oppression show up in our mental and physical health ways and how I can support people living with their impacts.
Individual, Online Counselling
I work with 18+ adults, individuals only, and online.
I prefer to work via zoom, but I am happy to discuss other platforms and can also work via phone.
How much does it cost?
A 50 minute counselling session costs £65. Unfortunately I am not able to offer reduced fee sessions through my private practice at the moment.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place weekly.
If you have limited energy or focus and a 50 minute session is too long, please contact me. We can either arrange shorter sessions, a split session or a mid-session break.
Qualifications and Professional Body
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. Registered Member 389081.
I work within their ethical framework, and if you have any concerns or complaints about my practice you can get in touch with them.
I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling a Psychotherapy, and a Level 3 Award in Counselling Skills. I also undertake regular additional training.
